I think it would be cool to like a field day for kids. But I have no idea how to organize it or get volenteers. Or the kids who havent heard the gospel to come. Any ideas?

I have a burden for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. I love to work with them, talk to them and teach them things. They really are a gift from God.

A local organization in my community, the Exceptional School, offers programs for these people, and is a truely great thing. I am going beyond by volunteering my time there as much as possible. This is also a difficult financial year for the Exceptional School, so I am also going beyond by hosting a talent show, with the help of friends, to raise money to donate to the school. The Kentucky Opry was kind enough to let us use thier facilites to host the show in. Everything is coming together with this, and the scheduled day for the talent show is October 22nd. So, pray that all goes well! I'm really excited!

And I also want to encourage everyone else to go beyond as well! Good luck with your activities as well. I know God can use each and every one of us in a mighty way.

And finally-

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

I am taking my passions (acting and singing) plus my burden (Orphans) and making a mission.

    My mission is to take fifth through seventh graders and give them acting lessons for a low price. Also, at the end of the lessons, they will do a benifit musical or a play. To get my mission started though I need some money. I have around $60.00 but really need donations. If anyone could help donate please email me at madisongiles@hotmail.com. I'd really appreciate donations and they don't have to be a ton of money or anything. I just need a boost to get started on this.

WooHoo! Anyways they all really inspired me to bring my passion and burden together and GO BEYOND!! I have a passion for having fun with playing sports and a burden of helping children. So I want to have a public basketball game for any anyone 18 and other. For example the little kids would play a game, the elementary, and middle schoolers, then finally the high schoolers. The students only have to pay $2.00 to get in the game and anyone who would like to watch all the games would just pay five. I am wanting to raise this money for the hostipal Riley's for the sick people who need love. I want to use the money for toys for the children.

I want to host a 3 day percussion camp for kids that can'y afford to do any type of lessons or any type of musical envolvement. I would have a couple of kids from my youth group that play percussion at the camp come as well as percussionist from my school that would want to help out. We would teach them some basics of percussion, but also at the end of the three days the children would hold a free concert for thier parents. During those three days i would start the day with a devotional and end the day with one. Thats how im going Beyond!
